Quick dessert with ganache and nuts
today I went to the green grass like everyone else on May 1st and coming back late I didn't have time for something more "elaborate" and I made something sweet with what I had ....
- 12 biscuits
- 200 ml sour cream for whipped cream
- 150 gr milk chocolate (you can use bitter)
- 50-60 gr walnut kernels
- milk to soften the biscuits
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Quick dessert with ganache and nuts:
Put the cream on the fire and when it boils, put the broken chocolate, set it aside and stir to melt the chocolate.
Let it cool then beat with the mixer until it has a suitable consistency then add a part of the ground walnut.
Soak the biscuits in milk and put 6 on a plate then put a layer of cream and other biscuits then put the rest of the cream making it flow on the edges a little.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, then sprinkle with ground walnuts.
