Polished in layers with Delaco cheese and Parmesan
Bring the water to a boil with a little salt, and when it starts to boil, add the cornstarch, little by little and mix continuously with a whisk, so that no lumps form.
Bring the polenta to a boil, then add the milk, finely chopped green onions and parsley.
Turn off the heat when the polenta is cooked and turn over half in a rectangular pan that will then go into the oven (I used a hyena cake pan). Place the grated cheese on top of the first layer of polenta, cover with the rest of the polenta, level well and let it cool a bit. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top and place the tray in the oven to lightly au gratin on top.
It is delicious as a side dish, but also served as such!
Enjoy your meal!
Lasagna with pumpkin, pressed ham and parmesan
Lasagna with pumpkin, pressed ham and parmesan or cheese is a simple, quick Italian recipe and very tasty. There are delicious layers of pumpkin, cheese or mozzarella and parmesan, it is made in a few minutes and very tasty and good-looking.
There are several recipes circulating on the net, with or without bechamel. I chose to make the quick version, without bechamel sauce, it's much simpler that way & # 128578
