Pizza with ham and beer sausages

It should be a soft, elastic dough that does not it sticks to the hands. We let it rise in the heat. After we find that the dough has doubled in volume, we take it and place it in a pizza tray previously greased with oil and lined with flour. Do not knead the dough after it has risen. Using your fingertips, spread the dough over the entire surface of the tray. Grease the dough with olive oil and tomato paste. Cut the kaizer into fissures. We roll the slices of ham.

I cut the pepper into thin strips.

We cut the beer sausages from place to place. We grate the cheese. When all the ingredients are ready we start assembling them on the dough. We spread the tomato paste over the dough and then we place a layer of kaizer. All around we place the rolled ham here glue the slices of bell pepper. I put the sausages all around.
